You are not charged at registration. If we cancel an event, including when the minimum number of teams is not met, no one is charged and any fee already paid is refunded in full. If your team withdraws, paid fees are fully refundable up to 14 days before the event date. Inside 14 days there are no refunds, though a credit toward a future event may be requested at the organizer's discretion.
Registering reserves your spot and costs nothing up front. Payments open November 1, 2026, and we will email your team contact a secure payment link. Payment is due 14 days before the event date, and spots that remain unpaid after that may be released.
